The bottom line is, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable). If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply fill out the form included with your order. Pack your return in the original or other suitable carton. Please do NOT place tape or shipping labels on the shoe box. For your protection please make sure you get a tracking number from your shipper. We recommend United Parcel Service, but you may select your preferred carrier.
